Mr Karlsen is the head of NOKA Holding A/S, a venture company engaged in shaping venture development in Denmark. In the early part of his career, Mr. Karlsen was the CEO of Magasin du Nord, a leading Scandinavian Department Store Group.

Mr. Karlsen brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to CM2 Limited in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, strategy, and competitive analysis.
