Mr. Blitz is the co-founder of Executive Counsel and has a unique and extensive combination of experiences. Having practiced law for over 20 years, Mr. Blitz has been in senior executive management and board of director roles as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Senior Vice President for Corporate Development and Chief Risk Officer for global information technology services and outsourcers, James Martin + Company and Headstrong Corporation, where he was responsible for raising $191,000,000 from premier private equity groups, Welsh Carson Anderson and Stowe and H&Q Asia Pacific.
