Dermot G. Coughlan Joins CM2 Limited's Advisory Board

CM2 Limited, LLC, is pleased to announce that Dermot G. Coughlan has joined its Advisory Board.

Mr. Coughlan is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Derland Holdings Inc., a private investment holding company. His experience covers a broad spectrum of industries and geographies, having held senior positions with multiple major international conglomerates, including Rio Tinto Zinc Corporation, Alcan Industries, Indal Limited, and Derlan Industries Limited. Mr. Coughlan is a director of CCL Industries (TSE:CCL.B), a worldwide packaging company and is also currently on the board of several private companies. He is a member, and has served on the International Board of the Chief Executives Organization from 1994 to 2000, and is a member of the World Presidents Organization. He also serves on philanthropic, community, educational and hospital boards.

Mr. Coughlan's recent experience includes providing mergers and acquisition advisory services to major industrial and technology companies worldwide.
